GLANCE International Agency (GIA), SL’s premier fashion marketing and public relations agency announces the “Winter Couture” event. This fashion show celebrates the graduation of GLANCE Model Academy newest alumnis.

G. Sloane Couture is a veteran Second Life fashion brand. Created in 2008, it is fully managed and designed by Geryn Sloane, a talented Second Life Resident who is passionate about fashion and art. Through her romantic vision, winter fashion takes an all new dimension! The “Winter Couture” show will indeed reveal the most recent couture creations carefully crafted by the fashion designer. Knitted dresses, warm outerwear, christmas colors and cozy menswear… This fashion collection has been thought to style up your holidays season!

The show is set to begin on Saturday, December 10th at 1PM SLT, followed with a Winter Party to connect with the Glance International Community.

Post: Hello! Kelly Clarkson is so loud in my ears, I can’t even think, but lets try. So, lets get down to business. Rollyn Resident has launched a clothing line called Vanguard. The clothing is super glamour, haute couture, and well put together which is a plus with me. Her line consists of several gowns, short dresses, very elegant pieces. I hate when designers photoshop their ads and then when you buy the clothes, it looks crappy and impossibly editable. But, thats not Rollyn’s case. Her main store will be opening soon, but in the meanwhile, her clothes can be bought at the marketplace. The black gown pictured is from Vanguard. I love the way she includes several skirt, to make the skirt thicker. I also adore the top skirt she sends which is kind of like a longer veil type skirt which I feel is very cool.

ISON released a new fur belted vest. Very glam. It’s for project themeory ( i might’ve butchered that) Go pick up! everything else is recycled.

Lets start with the outfit. I’m wearing a new dress from Countdown called Boulevard. Boulevard is an amazing, high fashion dress from designer AntoniaXp. The strapless bodice ( bodysuit ) is made of fine fabric that is ruched and adorned with a red bow on chest. The ruched fabric travels down into the skirt. Which is gathered in the front and showing off the underpants of the bodysuit. The skirt flows over the hips and bottom. It looks like petals cascading down over each other. Feathers are added on the underside of the skirt to add to the dramatic appeal of the outfit. The black fishnet stockings are included in the purchase.  The hat is adorned with tiny red petals. 5 curled stems emerge from the middle petals and tiny pearls decorate the tips.

Pearls, I love pearls. … So that brings us to the amazing jewelry I’m wearing from FINESMITH. The precious metals in ASIA seem to have been forked in design somehow. With a pearl resting in the middle of each fork as well as on the tips. Each piece of jewelry has three layers of this design. One of top of each other. Silver makes up the first and third layer with a layer of black metal in the middle. Each layer is slightly offsetting the other layers. The result is this amazing creative design that only Yula herself could have created. These three layers of precious metal are connected to band around a large pearl. ASIA set includes a matching ring, pair of earrings,  and a necklace.

And finally, I wanted to say something super quick about the glamorous skin I’m wearing. You can get it for 70L at the GLAM Affair Sim. Limited Supply so hurry.

The Babii Fur Jacket is a sexy cropped fur jacket that hits mid belly. Its available in the “Fur Collection” area and is one of Amuteys newest releases at Bliss Couture. Fur luxuriously covers the jacket from the upper part to lower part. The zipper is made of rich gold, which continues to line the jacket edges. A double gold chain links the front, holding it together and making a delicate accent to the bold jacket.

As seen on the runway, I paired the Babii Fur Jacket with these amazing baggy Pants. Also by Amutey Decuir. They are wonderfully textured and sit very low on the waist. Giving your uhmm backside a sexy shape.

 

Because the Babii Jacket is so bold and attention demanding, its a good idea not to go crazy with accessories. These Chloes Hallucination bracelets from Finesmith are just edgy enough to match perfectly. My earrings are simple Hoops from JCNY in a gold color.

Post Hi!I’m posting for Glance! Its like being hired to write for Vogue, which will eventually happen, I swear. It’s hot outside. Anyways, have you guys checked out the new pumps at Epoque? They are hawt. For those who don’t follow me yet, let me translate. Hawt means hot. Nappy weave means amazing or yuck. Gorge is short for gorgeous. Please copywright to Leona Jayaram. Jayaram for President 2012. The heels are called Revolution Pumps & they’re skyhigh. Love them. I’m cheap & got the VIP group ones, but that doesnt matter.
